Mizuno Must Be Proud...

...the equipment maker sponsors GolfweekTV's must-not-see-TV, but for how much longer after this week's edition of Preferred Lies features editor Dave "Mute Point" Seanor and anchor Jay Coffin holding a spit-into-the-cup contest in tribute to Sergio Garcia.

Classy stuff.

During a recent verbal scuff over Augusta National's drop in Golfweek's rankings, I caught flack from a few posters for labeling Golfweek as second-tier publication.

This does nothing to change my opinion.

Klein and Kessler at the Majors this is not, but one must acknowledge how cutting edge having these webcasts can be.

Well...wasn't THAT refreshing...

The first, and probably LAST time that I'll ever check out GolfweekTV...

What was that? Some lame-a**ed imitation of that Grey Goose 19th debacle, where everyone tries to out "man-up" one another???

Even though Seanor was trying to take the contrary position in this contrived and painful-to-watch spectacle, he did it convincingly enough to make me change my perception of him, and NOT for the better...

Same for Garcia - I keep trying to respect and like the guy, and he keeps doing stupid things like this little episode to make me lose it...
