Here's the sad explanation, along with the list of our nation's best golfing lobbyists, lobbyists and other assorted hooligans keeping Congressional afloat. Lord knows it's not the architecture.

I'm not up to "Asteemed" yet, I'm still trying to find out what "in a position to transcend this downturn" means. If anybody can let me know how to transcend this downturn let me know - I've got tuition to pay.
