A shame the World Cup didnt' get much attention but Sean Martin does offer this post on the Molinari brothers and their impressive win.

And my head is still spinning from Nick Watney and John Merrick's final-round,10-under-par ALTERNATE SHOT 62 to finish at -20-under and tie for seventh. Needless to say that was a tournament record for the grueling final round format.

This could be an interesting format to use for the Olympics.....it was grueling and very exciting at the end.

The finish was well worth seeing. Up and down from a greenside bunker (alternate shots) for the Italian duo to win. First set of brothers to team up and win - they were seriously excited. . . The Americans birdied the first 7 holes on the back nine on their way to 10 under par 62. . . The Irish team of Rory and McDowell did not play well coming in but Monty is still likely excited about pairing them and the 2 Swedish giants in the Ryder Cup.
