McGinley "Shoo-in" For 2014 Ryder Cup Captaincy Until Monty Gets Word

The scribes covering the Event Formerly Known As The Seve Trophy were so pleased with Paul McGinley's "man management" that they're penciling him in for the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles. That is, until Monty finds out and removes McGinley from his Assistant Captain consideration and nominates himself ala Ian Woosnam to helm the teams in 2012 and 2014.

How depressing to realize that my hair will be an exact match for McGinleys in about 5 years.
Regarding Monty-I think we've found the Eric Mangini of golf.

There has never, ever been a golfer (including John Daly) of the extraordinary stupidity, lack of accomplishment and arrogance that defines Monty.

The "Mangini of golf" -- love it jjshaka!. The good thing is when Mangini gets fired from Cleveland we will probably have heard the last of him as a head coach. No such luck with Monty when his lack of leadership leads to the Euros getting their butts kicked next year. He's like a herpes virus - you've always got it even if there aren't any sores showing.
