Why was Lopez let go? I thought he did a fantastic job in the short stint he was given... I actually watched it when he hosted it.

This celebrity list is 10X stronger than the AT&Ts...hmmmm.

This looks like an athlete/musician list. Surprised Shack, with his SoCal lineage, hadn't heard of Don Felder or Robby Krieger.

Carlton from Fresh Prince is playing.......good lord

Any word on whether Horshack's teeing it up?

Some worthless observations on the celebrity field:
Kurt Russell is the biggest Hollywood name.
John O'Hurley was Mr. Peterman on Seinfeld.
Robby Krieger was a member of the Doors.
Kevin Nealon is the comedian/actor that "Happy Gilmore" played with in his first "Tour" Event.
Would Greg Maddux have had as many wins pitching in the American League his entire career?
I met Alice Cooper once inside Roger Dunn in North Hollywood. He was cool.
Bo doesn't know any of the dudes in his foursome.
Ron White is a hoot and one of the four 'Blue Collar' comedian guys. His shtick involves a glass of booze on ice and a cigar.
Are those numbers behind their names their handicaps? If so, besides not having his last name listed, Dr. Phil is a certified hackhound.

A little known fact about this golf fan is that she would rather spend a week with her in-laws than WATCH the Bob Hope Desert Classic.

Damn that Evan Longoria. Every time I see his name I end up being mildly pissed a second later.

Press Agent- thanks for the reply! Too bad, though. I really thought, given his dedication to the game, he'd be a really good fit with the Hope.

The Dr. Phil-Ron White pairing should be interesting.

I must say that even though I love golf, I don't like this event.

It was special beause of Bob Hope, his aura, and the celebs of his era.

We need some real golfing celebs or we need to kill this thing.

Big time celebs...who truly love golf. Just like Bob Hope Jack Lemon, etc.

This list doesn't cut it!

I'd rather chop my dogs paws off than play golf with Dr. Phil. Before the tv show he was a jury psychologist. Now he gives marital advice.

I think it's Dr. Phil Butthead.

Where's the Woods - Jordan - Barkley - Jeter foursome?
