Hats Off To Golfweek's Bracket Masters

I'm down at 3881 with a score of 42, so I can only marvel at the two...yes two folks who had Hunter Mahan winning and a bunch of other matches picked correctly in Golfweek's bracket madness.

And with matching scores of 130, they had to go to the tiebreaker picking how many holes the final match would go and "C, MacKay" even got that right, picking 17. Nice going!

And tip of the cap to Golfweek for a smooth running bracket aided by daily update emails. Yet another reason I wish we had more match play.

I had a pathetic 18 points, I'll do better next year.

I had 67 points, picked Rory-vs-Mahan as the final, but picked Rory to win. The Sam Snead division killed me. Jeebus must not have wanted Webb Simpson to win.

57 pts for me.

The winner only had 17 of the first 32 matches correct. I guess the idea is to get at least three of the final four correct and then to get the overall winner. Fussing over the early rounds doesn't make any difference.

Your 42 smoked my 26.

You are practically a selection savant compared to me!

26 total for me - got destroyed ... I think ADG has got the right idea for these bracket matchups. Pick your winners, then decide who they beat to get there, lol.
33 for me. Got decimated on Black Wednesday. :)

149th place with 84 points, I bet the farm on Mahan getting the Ryder cup monkey off his back. It would be an infinitely more exciting way to play out the Fedex cup.
