Oy Vey: Mere Thought Of Tebow Brings Bubba To Tears

Okay I'm all for Bubba Watson crying but getting choked up over giving Tim Tebow his player badge because it's #15? From Michael Curet at PGATour.com:

On Friday night, the stars aligned in the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse, led by 2012 Masters champion Bubba Watson, who kept the commitment he made two months ago to his friend. "It fell on my off week," Watson said, "There's great character and a great person in Tim Tebow. Why wouldn't I be here?"

I used to cry at the thought of Tim Tebow as well. But that's because I'm a Broncos fan. Now I don't have to worry about passes that miss their receivers by five yards.

All good. Nice comments and some genuine emotion. Nothing wrong with that.

Random question but why is the pga tour covering a Tebow charity golf outing? I mean he doesn't play on the pga tour and these sorts of charity events, hosted by pga tour players even, happen all the time, without near the fanfare.

First there was the speaker of the house - Mr. Water Works they call him, or something like that. Now there's Bubba. There is way way too much estrogen in the water supply now.

UGA athletes should not be seen with UF athletes, much less cry about seeing them. Shameful, Bubba.
