John H - interesting comments re the Open at Portrush. Tend to agree with you re finance (though it's being said Portrush could have taken many more last week - it def didn't feel cramped to me as a spectator). You're at least ten years out of touch with your comments on 'marching season' though - it's a non event for almost all of the country now and the few contentious areas which remain are nowhere near Portrush. I guess the news events of the next few days will tell it's own story.
