Green Jacket Alibi? NFL's Goodell At Augusta When Tape Arrived

As the NFL has announced they will turn to the former head of the FBI for an independent investigation of their Ray Rice handling, the AP reports the revealing tape arrived in NFL offices on April 9th, 2014.

Granted, this doesn't explain whether Commissioner Roger Goodell watched the tape and simply decided on a two game suspension thinking no one would ever see the really awful stuff, but this at least confirms that Goodell didn't sign for the when FedEx came a knocking!
