Video: Fritsch Discusses Anti-Doping Violation

Brad Fritsch commented to Chantel McCabe on Tuesday's Golf Central about his Facebook post and three-month suspension for violating the PGA Tour's anti-doping policy. The product in question is incredibly common on vitamin store shelves and so you feel for Fritsch in trying (successfully) to lose weight and turning himself in.

Great stuff here:

"Twitter is a bit of cest pool" - LOL, truer words have never been spoken. I hope things work out for Brad, he seems like someone I'd like to know.

Impossible not to admire Brad's honesty, integrity, and spirit.

Golf is exposed to baseball and football's problem -- the elite player's, who can employ the best fly-under-the-testing-radar pharma team, slide by...those on the way up or non-cheaters get caught-up in always-behind-the-curve testing. I hate when young guys (Jordan and others) refer to their success as their team's success (i.e. "we, had a great week").

When baseball HR records were being smashed, we were asleep...sure feels like accepting 325+ yard driver carries and 210 yard 6-irons as 100% natural is naive. Case in point, DJ's 420 yard near-Ace this past weekend.

Tiger's miracle back & knee recovery and distance re-discovery is absolutely on the level, right?

It's refreshing to see Brad's reaction to this breach compared to those of Choi, Lexi and Rahm. He's a class guy and an example of how a professional should act.

+1 -- Zokol's comments...on the mark. Richard?

So do these vitamins really help your golf game? Asking for a friend.

Best of luck to Brad who has always been insightful and a good guy on here.

I will add this story to my list of reasons to avoid chiros though.

Well said.

Golf isn't like baseball or football. There should be no drug policy.
