Something is rotten in the State of Denmark.

And then he has the gall to whine about the course condition?

What the big deal. The outer protective lenses was broken. The camera continued to broadcast video. They just need to fix the outer covering. How many times do you see heavy rain on the outer lens - very often it can be cleaned or replaced

If the camera went black (serious internal damage) that would be different!

Still very funny and very offline shot.

Yep. That 80 K sounds like the DEA giving ''street values''. A new outer glass( I on't think that is even a lens, and it is back to the tower.

While addressing camera issues, I would like to point out that in the last 2 weeks, I actually heard an announcer call the lens opening ( as it was very dark) ''the aperature'' instead of the boneheads saying it was ''the iris''. Congratulations to whomever said the correct term ( I think it was Gary McCord) and I can only assume he has read me bitching and moaning about this mis-termonology for years, and tossed me a bone :) 'Preciate it.
