Update: Sammy The Squirrel Released From Columbus Zoo

He's spent time weening himself from Presidents Cup dining, having (literally) been a chip on Tiger's shoulder but thanks to the The Ohio Wildlife Center for rehabilitation, Sammy the Squirrel has learned to once again subsist on seeds and berries. Or something to that effect.

From Ashley Yore of MyFox28 Columbus:

“We always put squirrels with other squirrels so that hopefully they don't become too friendly," wildlife expert Kristi Krumlauf said. "When they are abandoned for about three days, they'll actually seek people out, which is probably what happened with this one. So they'll just kind of follow anything that moves so they can get some food."

Sammy is said to have been released between the 9th and 10th holes.
