Captains Agree To Pace Of Play Policy That Will Never Be Enforced

Thanks to OWGR Fan for noting Bob Harig's small item about the Captains' promising a no-slow play policy.

The Ryder Cup captains have come to an agreement about pace of play, allowing for a maximum of 60 seconds for a shot to be played. A violation can result in loss of hole. It will be interesting to see how -- or whether -- this is enforced.

There goes Bob the optimist actually believing there's a chance someone would be called out for taking too long!
