When one comes to the quality of the bunkers and other hazards we pass into realm of much dispute and argument. Primarily bunkers should be sand bunkers purely, not composed of gravel, stones or dirt. U.S. Open Field Adds Five

The field is finalized for the 112th edition of the U.S. Golf's Toughest Test (TM) Open and as Mark Lamport-Stokes explains, American Spencer Levin and South African Branden Grace got in on Official World Ranking standings while Americans Justin Hicks, Kyle Thompson and Colt Knost were added because of their status as Sectionals alternates.

Doug Ferguson Tweeted earlier in the day that Jordan Spieth would have gotten in had Levin not moved into the field via his spot as No. 60 on the OWGR.
