Scribe: I Used My Cell Phone On The Course And I'm Proud Of It!

You are not going to pry Paul Kapustka's mobile device from him, as he openly admits to violating the USGA's rules on cellular device use on the course. He just had to open the USGA's iPhone app, didn't he?

To be clear, as a media member I was authorized to have a cellular device on the grounds — under the stipulation that I use it only in the media tent. Why did I not comply? Basically, because, USGA, you have an information-gap problem.
