Tiger And EA Sports Go Separate Ways After 15 Years

EA's vice president and general manager of golf Daryl Holt confirmed the news on the company website.

He also unveiled where the company is going with its game in future versions.

EA SPORTS and Tiger Woods have also made a mutual decision to end our partnership, which includes Tiger's named PGA TOUR golf game. We’ve always been big fans of Tiger and we wish him continued success in all his future endeavors.

Moving forward, we will continue to work with the PGA TOUR exclusively to create groundbreaking golfing titles and our partnership remains strong.

Darren Rovell tweeted that the partnership generated $771,000,000 in retail sales over the last 15 years. Rovell followed up for ESPN.com but had not gotten a return call from Team Tiger as of yet.
