Obama & Biden Exchange Birthday Golf Gifts
/Thanks to Politico's Tal Kopan for spotting the TMZ item from Capital Hill where Vice President Joe Biden reveals golf gifts as the go-to category when shopping for a Presidential birthday gift. They don't do Christmas gifts.
"By the way, we exchange birthday gifts, we don’t exchange Christmas gifts.”
In no rush to end the interview, Biden said it can be hard shopping for the president of the United States, but their common interests usually serve as a good guide.
“It’s hard but since we both love golf, we usually give each other something that has to do with golf,” Biden said. “I gave him a really neat golf bag last time, and he gave me this really cool deal where, to practice putting, it’s a little gadget he gave me. It’s really great.”
