Video: Sergio Tapping Down Something, Violation?

Sergio Garcia appears to commit a violation during round one play in Abu Dhabi when he taps something down in his line, similar to the Simon Dyson incident last December.

Dyson is currently on probation for his offense.

GolfCentralDoc has the video and says there could be a perfectly innocent explanation, say, a ballmark he had repaired earlier. But since this is all we have to go on, assume the European Tour will be bringing Sergio in for a look before round two.
