So eager is Adam Scott to unload share the joys of Abu Dhabi living that he's throwing in a round of golf for the buyer should they pony up the $7 million.

Jonathan Chancellor reports.

“Whether the round of golf takes place in Abu Dhabi or on one of the courses in America or Australia, Adam will definitely honour the commitment to play,” the Andrew Colvill, the head of investment sales at LLJ Property, which is marketing the property told the local website.
