When one comes to the quality of the bunkers and other hazards we pass into realm of much dispute and argument. Primarily bunkers should be sand bunkers purely, not composed of gravel, stones or dirt. The NCAA Women's Seeds Are Out! Now Forget About Them

I admire the efforts to give college golf a boost and today's selection show to announce the women's NCAA Division 1 regional fields is a great start, but the mention of seeds and the input from the committee chair proved to be a tad much since, outside of the suspense for a few at large berths, the seedings mean not a single thing except to determine some pairings.

Nonetheless, Ryan Herrington breaks down the three regionals that will ultimately determine who gets to Tulsa Country Club May 20-23.

The men's "seedings" are announced next Monday.
