Forward Press: Big Talk Show Debuts, Innisbrook Restored

I write about golf's two best TV talk shows returning tonight (Feherty, Monday, 9 pm ET) and Callaway Live (Tuesday 9 pm ET) with big guests, new features and some much needed intelligent conversation about the game. It's also a rare opportunity to point out that golf is ahead of the curve when it comes to re-thinking the modern talk show, as both are groundbreaking on their respective mediums (TV and digital).

It's also Innisbrook week, and we all know what that means: Snake Pit time. This is also where Jordan Spieth began his magical 2015 run, only this time the grassing is different and Larry Packard's design has been refreshed. But the course has been known to produce some fine finishes, meaning there is hope that 2016's sweet start should continue.

Random question while I'm bracing for the repeated references: if Dan Hicks chops it down to The Pit, as he did with The Bear Trap, does that still count as a reference for drinking games?
