Primarily bunkers should be sand bunkers purely, not composed of gravel, stones or dirt. Aussie Masters Shaping Up Nicely For The Weekend

I Tweeted it last night, but it's worth noting again just how great JBWere Masters host Victoria (reviewed here) plays on television. Throw in some stellar aerial overhead views of the holes and excellent sound capturing player-caddie conversations (unimpeded by the broadcasters!), and its made for great viewing.

Martin Blake reports on Ian Poulter's wayward second round, where a bug of some kind led to wayward ball striking and some incredible short game magic. And sporting a new putter, Geoff Ogilvy moved into contention with a 66 Friday. But flying under the radar is Matthew Giles, reports Mark Hayes. The former USC golfer who has changed instructors and is primed for a breakthrough performance.
